camilla and marc have experienced a somewhat meteoric rise in the Australian, and international fashion world since it's inception in 2003.
Brother and sister duo Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman are the brains behind the label, which debuted at Mercedes Australian Fashion Week in 2003 to favourable reviews and was quickly
snapped by some of Australia's leading fashion boutiques.
On completion of her fashion design degree at Sydney's Whitehouse Institute of Design, Camilla was
awarded a scholarship to the world-renowned Accademia Italiana Arte Moda Design in Florence, Italy.
Camilla traveled to Florence and completed her masters in fashion and design, alongside finishing the
labels 2004 Winter Collection.
The brand continues to build a large celebrity following, with their trademark feminine and quirky
designs being spotted on the likes of Elle Macpherson, Kirsten Dunst and Abbie Cornish. Now in its
sixth year, camilla and marc has established an enviable profile in both the fashion and business media.
The sartorial paradox of power and elegance form the starting point of camilla and marc's Spring/Summer collection, with references drawn from classical greek art. Folds and drapes across styles teamed with luxurious fabrications result in a graceful interplay of hard and soft, modern and classic.
Camilla and marc are the masters of sculptured tailoring, with deceptively simple body con dresses revealing intricate construction with fabric tucked, wrapped and draped and laced together for the perfect silhouette.
