Detailed on the attached pages are all you need to possibly know about shopping with us on line. We have tried to make the process as straight forward as possible. Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise) however the following conditions to apply:

•    You must notify eshop@superette.co.nz of your intention to exchange/return within 3 days.
•    Send goods back to us via a traceable method to:

•    Please note Superette do not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us and hence why we recommend a traceable method
•    We will raise a credit, exchange or refund you once the garment has been returned and accepted by Superette. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
•    All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached.
•    Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns on Swimwear, leotards or underwear
•    If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, an online credit will be issued and the new item is to be purchased separately.
•    We cannot accept returns of garments purchased online through our physical stores and vice versa. These matters must be dealt with at the location of purchase.
•    Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, as no credits, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale goods.

How To Return/Exchange

If you wish to exchange/return please follow these steps

  • Click here to download our returns form. Please fill out in clearly and correctly stating the reason for return and if you are wanting to exchange or credit.
  • Included the completed form with the garment you are sending back.
Delivery

All deliveries within New Zealand are sent using Courier Post NZ so that all purchases can be tracked easily.

International orders are sent via EMS International Courier, and can be tracked online at any time through NZ Post .

All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 48 hours of placing the order. However if ordered on a weekend day or public holiday it will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day. An emailed confirmation and delivery tracking number will be also sent to you once an item has been dispatched. This number you can use to track your package at any time at Courier Post NZ ( domestic) or NZ Post (international).

You will then need to allow 2 working days for delivery in the North Island and 3 working days in the South Island. International delivery time varies depending on country but is usually between 3-10 working days.

Sizing Chart

All products are sold by the sizing scheme used by the individual designer.  To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the ‘size chart’ link that you will find on every product page.

Sizes can vary greatly by designer, therefore, where an item runs small or large to size, we will indicate in the item description. Our team try on every item that we stock, and can answer all your questions on sizing and fit. Simply email eshop@superette.co.nz for advice.
