All international deliveries are sent via New Zealand Post. Use your supplied tracking number here, New Zealand Post Tracker.
All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of placing the order. However if ordered on a weekend day or public holiday it will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day.
If for any reason we are unable to meet this 24 hour dispatch turnaround we will contact you to advise.

When receiving a consignment that maybe torn open, badly crushed etc please be sure to NOTE this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage.
Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.
Delivery Timeframe & Pricing Options
All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM UTC/GMT + 12 hours will begin processing straight away and can be guranteed for overnight delivery, however these that fall after 2 PM UTC/GMT + 12 hours will begin processing straight away but cannot be guranteed for the overnight delivery.
Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM UTC/GMT + 12 hours will begin processing on the following Monday.
Superette will contact via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we require additional information for credit verification. Please note that estimated delivery time does not include Sundays or Public Holidays.
All international orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

- Items must be returned within 21 days.
- Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Items must have all tags and packaging attached
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Sale items may not be returned under any circumstance
Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Superette within the 21- day timeline specified above, your refund, exchange or online credit note will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Superette. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working day before contacting e-shop.
Need a Different Size/Colour?
In order to serve you efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our new policy, you will get the right size or colour faster if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your credit card, paypal account or customer account immediately. Alternatively, you can also choose to send back your garment and once received, we will dispatch out your right size or colour straight away.
Physical Superette Stores –
To create a quick and easy exchange, any product within the 21-day exchange period can be returned to any one of our Superette stores for a direct exchange of size or colour, of the same style. You must have your Superette invoice to provide as proof of purchase.
Returns How-To, Returns Process (Within 21 -days)
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your intent to return, using your order number as your reference.
- Complete the returns form received with your order or download a copy here and securely repackage your items.
Note: When returning footwear, do not use your shoebox as your shipping box.
- Send your return goods to:

- Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Superette cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your own records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Please Note: Packages received at Superette after the 21-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
